Dein sorgenvoller Verstand

Was steckt dahinter?
Was nimmst du als nächstes darunter wahr?

Your worried mind
Which part of you is worried? Your mind talks about a concern that may happen in the future. But can you be certain that it will happen? Can also something else occur that you do not know at the moment? Because of your thoughts you suppose that something may happen in your future that could be difficult for you.
What hides behind that? Your fear, your anxiety for this possible event. Can these feelings be justified? No, because you do not know yet, if it will become true. So you think about something that makes you afraid. As a result your body becomes tense and the correlating thoughts take up more and more space. In a way you dream a negative dream in the presence that could affect your future.

How can you escape this mechanism?
First you have to become aware what occurs in you in such a situation. Next you can take some deep breaths, sensing your feet on the ground, then look around and concentrate on that what you can observe in this moment. Then you can close your eyes and begin to relax more and more. Perhaps you allow yourself a little sigh with every exhale.
Now sense your body and become aware of your body tensions. Breathe as the body wants to, without doing or wanting anything.
Now concentrate on the fear that is connected to your concern. In its depth it is the fear of survival that you sense, just let it be. Take it as a little adventure to get to know it. Simply let it be allowing the feeling to extend just like a big cloud in which you can sink in. Allow the fear to enwrap you entirely. Let all that be, let it happen and observe that what comes next. You can note the fear changing and if you wait long enough you will recognize it eventually dissolving.
What do you experience beneath that? Perhaps a state of being as void, enlargement, a broad space or a warm darkness. How does this state feel like? Is it pleasant? Do you feel at home there? Is it familiar?
When you arrive there you will notice that you are not this fear, this body tension, these worries but that you are pure consciousness, in which all is that you experience in your daily life: simply appearing and then disappearing again to make place for the next experience.
The more often you focus on your consciousness the sooner you will realize what your worry-dream consists of.
