Stress

Stress

Was würde der Baumgeist dazu sagen?
Was kannst du tun?

Stress
You have exhausted your energy! The energy potential of your system is used up! Only the basic functions like eating and sleeping are still functioning. Even thinking is difficult.
Do you allow yourself to be in this condition or is your mind telling you:“ You have to function! You have obligations!” But how can you solve this situation without taking a time out? Which would be the best for your body! In our achievement-orientated society exhaustion is not permitted. Only when our stress has reached a burn-out it isaccepted. That means you first have to ruin your body before you can react or rather end up at the doctor’s.
For a healthy body this is poison! By nature the body has active and passive rhythms . Your body is nature and behaves like nature. Compare yourself with a tree that lives for approximately 100 years. How would a deciduous tree react, if you would give it substances that would let it bloom the whole year round? How would its biological organism handle it? What would the spirit of the tree say? The natural rhythm of a deciduous tree is accepted, ours is not. We stimulate our system with coffee, coke, medicine and drugs, because we have to function!
From where does this “I have to function” originate from? Again it is a matter of early conditioning through our surrounding. A newborn does not function like that! Our social system is organized that each of us is functioning and rendering our service. The reward is security through the system. Further we are conditioned to develop habits and comforts. Most of us like them and do not know differently. “Man is a creature of habits.” As long as the terms are fulfilled, everything is okay.
Our life is planed, secured through insurances, loans and pension entitlements and enrolls accordingly. For these securities we pay the price of having to function.
Under these circumstances do you have the choice to acknowledge your exhaustion? What can you do? You can prevent it by watching the upcoming signs. But that would require you to learn to understand the language of your body and to tune into the underlying psychological components. You can consciously plan relaxing-breaks just as you take your time for sport. During periods of stress you can nourish your body healthy instead of doing without food! You can become aware of your automatic functioning patterns and ask yourself for each action:“Is that really necessary? Do I actually want this?“
You can change your life. You can simply allow your exhaustion to be and wait until your energy comes back. There is never a hopeless situation, yet perhaps a new behavior towards your body!
