Was tun wir dafür?
Aber was will deine Seele leben? Wer bist du jenseits deiner Konditionierungen und was willst du leben, was macht dir Freude?

May I be myself?
What does this sentence mean for you? Where may you be not yourself? Each of us dreams to be themselves. What is the condition to achieve it? What do we do for it? “I want to be I” is often confused with “I want to do what I want”. The mind would like to do what I, the personality wants. You can follow it or the belly, the inner voice, to freely develop yourself according to the soul’s purpose.
By birth we are pressed into the conditioning of our family, such as a can, to become like the father, the mother, the family. This conditioning is automatically copied. You are completely unconscious about it.
Yet what is the longing of your soul? It has chosen this can, to develop within these guidelines or to outgrow them in the course of your life. Who are you beyond your conditioning and what wants to be lived, what pleases you?
When you find out, you become authentic and can decide for the first time, whether you would like to stay in the structures of your family of origin or whether you choose something else that is important for your life.
